Juicy Beef Kofta with Tahini Drizzle

Ingredients


  • 500g Falah Al Dar Ground Beef
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling or frying)
  • For the Tahini Drizzle:
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
  • Pinch of salt

Method


  1. In a large bowl, combine Falah Al Dar Ground Beef with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small oval or cylindrical koftas. Chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
  3. Preheat a grill pan or skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Cook koftas for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. For the tahini drizzle: whisk together tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, water, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  5. Arrange koftas on a platter and drizzle generously with the tahini sauce. Serve warm with pita bread or salad.
