Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and glazed with a sticky honey-garlic sauce — these Falah Al Dar Chicken Wings are a true crowd-pleaser. Each bite delivers the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and garlicky goodness, making them a hit for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Falah Al Dar Chicken Wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp cornflour (for thickening, optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions for garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Pat dry Falah Al Dar Chicken Wings and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake or air-fry wings for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened. For a thicker glaze, add a slurry of cornflour and water.
- Toss the cooked wings in the warm honey-garlic glaze until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. Serve immediately while hot and sticky.
