Ingredients
- 400g Falah Al Dar Chicken Breast Cubes
- 250g pasta of your choice (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk (optional for thinning)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil or butter. Add Falah Al Dar Chicken Breast Cubes and sauté until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook until tender and lightly browned.
- Return the chicken to the pan, pour in the cream, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and toss well to coat evenly in the sauce. Adjust consistency with milk if needed.
