Ingredients


  • 500g Falah Al Dar Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread or flatbread
  • Pickles and tahini sauce for serving

Method


  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic paste, lemon juice, and all spices to form a marinade.
